Today I talk to a live agent at GVO to try and get my account canceled wow what an ordeal that was.

To bring you up to speed on the issue on the 21 May 2011 10:28 AM I submitted a support ticket to have my account canceled well to my surprise I get an email asking me why I would like to cancel my account and they will give me unlimited hosting for $18.95 a month and to reply to the ticket as what I wanted to do,

So I put in another support ticket about a week later asking again to cancel my account this time I get a different person to reply asking me what the name on the account was,

wow interesting I had already given them my user name and last for numbers on the CC, i guess this is part of the procedures they go through, and check this out here is their policy this was given to me from the live chat.

While we hate to loose a member, we recognize that there will be times when our clients need to leave us. In order to do that, and improve our service,

we ask that you follow this simple process: Login to your Members Area, click on "Help desk support" and send us a ticket requesting cancellation.

We take your satisfaction seriously, and that is why we like to know how we can better our services. Although very rare, if you feel you want a FULL refund for the months service, request it within 7 days of your last billing date and we will provide you a FULL refund for the month, no questions asked.

I guess the no questions asked is only if you do it in the first 7 days.

Any way now it is Jun 23, 2011  and the account is not yet canceled I have recieved 2 emails stating my payment has fialed, now I am geting concered because I have made a CC payment which would allow the payment to go throught so I proced to the live agent chat and here is how it went  this is a copy of the trascript emailed to me from our live chat.

Take notice of how long it took me to get the agent to agree to cancel the account.

I would think the procedures would be in bole so I could navigate to that location if that is what I wanted to do not read the whole terms of service page.

Well 42 minuts latter my account was canceled and I am thankfull for the no questions asked procedure.
